1. Courier Partners

We ship all orders through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery across India.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Once your payment is verified, your order is processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 9:00 AM IST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on a Friday after 9:00 AM IST will be shipped on the following Monday (subject to business days).

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time within India is 2–7 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier serviceability.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may occasionally vary due to weather, regional restrictions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is completely FREE on all orders within India, on both prepaid and COD orders, regardless of order value.
  • There are no hidden shipping or handling charges at checkout.

5. Order Cancellation After Shipping

  • Once an order has been shipped/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you no longer want the product after it has shipped, you may return it after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and Returns & Exchanges page.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team with your Order ID. We will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue at the earliest.
